As an active member of MSC Belgium, the board of MSC Belgium invites you to the annual general meeting (AGM), which will take place on Saturday 11th of January 2025 at 7.00 PM. Like past years, we will make this a nice social event, where we raise our glass to the new year, while consuming a complimentary dinner (with a lot more food than last year LOL). 

This next edition will be special, as there will be a large change of board of MSC Belgium. As announced before, Frank, Sven, Koen and myself (Bart), have decided to retire as board members, after 6 years of service. So although every past 2 years, any new board could have applied to lead the club, this did not happen. But this year we know for sure there will be a large change in the board. The upcoming AGM will be an opportunity to further shape our club, get to know the new people joining the board and simply be there to support them.

How is the AGM organized?

• Like past years, it will place at the facilities of KC Vlaams Fruit, Lange Nieuwstraat 81, Antwerpen.  Dress code: any fetish!

• Although the AGM is an open event for all of our members to join, we kindly ask you to pre-register, to allow us to foresee the right amount of food. There will be complimentary cheese and meat buffet and a welcome drink.  Additional drinks will be available but to be paid with a token system as usual. Please send an e-mail to Frank to inform him about your attendance, including your food preference (cheese, meat or both).  

• We will also officially announce the contestants for Mister Leather Belgium 2025 during this evening.

• Registration will start at 7 PM, and we will raise a glass to the new year together.  

• After the meeting, we move to the boots to continue this New-year's event!

The agenda for the AGM itself:

• Registration and identification of attending active members (entitled to vote) and drink, candidate members are also entitled to join the AGM but not to vote. 

• Actual start of the AGM at 8.00 PM.

• Approval of last year’s report of the AGM of Saturday 13th of January 2024 (report can be found here)

• Looking back 2024

• Overview and voting of the financial report of 2024 and presentation of the report of the commissioner Dirk

• Discharging of board members for exercising their mandate in 2024 by voting

• Introduction of the new candidate board. The current board of MSC Belgium retires after 6 years of service. How to be candidate for leading our club as board member, you may ask? Other group(s) of candidate(s) can report until 5 days prior to the AGM will take place (by official writing to the club address krommestraat 6, 2800 Mechelen). Please note that you canNOT apply as single board member candidate, but only as a full group that wants to engage as board.  

  • Introduction of the new candidate(s) board  

  • Election of the new board (if more than one group applies candidacy, the new board is elected by present members)

• Presentation of the agenda for 2025, as far as final by the new elected board. For sure first months will be presented.  

• Presentation and voting of the budget for 2025, as far as final by the new elected board 

• Approval of the new commissioner for checking the bookkeeping of 2025

• Announcement of the contestants Mister Leather Belgium 2025, and public vote of order of appearance throughout the election at Darklands.

The current board would like to raise the glass with as many members as possible in celebration of what we have built up together with all of our members in the past years!
