This page contains all information related to our general meeting 2021, which will take place on January 17 2020, at 3.15 PM. All members are welcome to join our meeting through zoom. We really need you!!!

Please take a note of all of the following practicalities:

  • Do not hesitate to GEAR up! We will be many and we may not be able to see each other all the time, but I hope it will make us all not forget what our club is all about!!!

  • The meeting will be opened at 3.15 PM to start at 3.30 PM sharp this Sunday 17th of January 2021. The board & commissioner will be physically together corona proof at Flor Artes, Antwerp.

  • The meeting will be organized using ZOOM application, with THIS link.  Normally the meeting ID and Passcode are entered automatically, but in case not, these are the meeting IDs (Meeting ID: 870 2615 7184 / Passcode: 1mJhzQ). 

  • If possible, we recommend to use a computer or laptop to log in to the meeting. Our trial sessions have learnt that this is a lot easier to follow the screen, but also for the voting this works significantly easier as you can use your phone for the voting.  For those we have no possibilities to join through this way, it will be possible to use the smart phone, but will be more complicated for the voting

  • For the voting it is mandatory by law for us to use a registered voting system. We will use ferendum for this. Please make a note that only effective members from 2020 are allowed to vote (Others can join but are NOT allowed to vote). Please already try it out, using the following steps, to make yourself familiar to the voting system:

    • Each time you need to vote, you will be given two options to go to the voting locations.

      Option 1 = Scan with your smart phone a QR code (easiest).

Option 2 = click on the link that will be made available in the chat from zoom. For this test it is here: https://www.ferendum.com/en/PID577821PSD2120377081#

  • You will be directed to a website the voting question will appear, which in this test example is TEST VOTE FOR MSC BELGIUM AGM 2021. You will also see the facebook icon and google icon. As we need a registered vote, we ask all our members to use their facebook login (and in case they do not have facebook as second option google) to register. For those who have their password settings saved on their phone it goes automatically.

  • Next you will be directed to a page, where you can cast your vote ( you may need to scroll down a bit). You select your voting option and click submit.

  • Once this is done: you will be directed to a page where everybody can see the voting results coming in in full transparency.

We will use this voting system throughout the full agm for the few votes that need to happen!

The board would like to thank you already in advance for freeing some of your precious time to join this meeting!!! We need to get together with close to 40 members to make this a valid meeting! We hope to see you as many of you!!!!
